The Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals luscious aromas of dark berries leading to sumptuous, elegant layers of blackberries, black cherries and hints of spice on the nose. The finish is silky, yet expressive.

We brought together a variety of different Cabernet clones from a select few vineyards sprinkled throughout the Horse Heaven Hills for this blend to really showcase the best this appellation had to offer for the vintage. This created a deeply layered wine full of bold dark fruit, earth and elegant smooth tannins.

The wine opens up with densely packed aromas of plum, black cherry and currants. The mid palate is rich with flavors of licorice and chocolate and give way to a powerful finish that shows depth, weight and complexity.

The 2018 Stella Blanca is a refreshing wine that offers notes of lemon, lime, and honey. On the creamy palate is a balance of lemon zest, and hints of vanilla and chamomile, giving way to a long crisp smooth finish.
